This time of year, the crisp fall air always has us craving soothing teas! We put together our favourite, all-natural tea recipes that contain real ingredients. Below are 7 recipes that are sure to warm you up, speed your metabolism, help out with digestion, and make you feel your best. Enjoy!

Radiant Morning Tea

Start your morning with a powerful morning elixir. These ingredients will help energize you while also kick-starting your metabolism!
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • Juice from half a lemon (around one table spoon)
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey

Bloat Be Gone Tea

Ever have those days where you are feeling blah? Maybe you ate a little bit too much cake or drank a little bit too much the night before?  Try this recipe to help rid you of unwanted water weight and toxins!
  • 1 cup of dandelion root tea
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 chunk of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • Juice from half a lemon (around one table spoon)

Flawless Skin Tea

Get that perfect complexion with these simple ingredients!
  • 1 cup of green tea
  • chunk of fresh ginger (size of your thumb)
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • Juice from half a lemon (around one table spoon)

Reduce Inflammation Tea

You've probably heard of that amazing and powerful anti-inflammatory root turmeric by now. Need we say more?
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon of turmeric or 1 tablespoon of fresh turmeric root
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey

Tummy Troubles Tea

Whether it is nausea, gas or a tummy ache, nature is here to help!
    • 2 cups of hot water
    • chunk of fresh ginger
    • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
or
    • Peppermint tea
    • 1 teaspoon of honey

Immune Boosting Tea

  • 1 cup of chaga tea (directions at the bottom)
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon of turmeric or 1 tablespoon of fresh turmeric root
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 4 Sprays of propolis
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey

How to Brew Chaga:

Crock Pot
  1.     Take ¼ cup of the chaga chunks or powder and put into a crockpot.
  2.     Add in 6-12 cups of water.
  3.     Leave the crockpot on low for 6-14 hours.
  4.     Filter out the chunks/ powder
  5.     Enjoy!
Stovetop
  1.     Take ¼ cup of the chaga chunks or powder and place in a large pot
  2.     Add in 6-12 cups of water
  3.     Set on low and leave to simmer for 10 minutes- 1 hour
  4.     Filter out the chunks
  5.     Enjoy!

The Warrior Tea

Release your inner warrior with this all round kick ass elixir!
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • Juice from half a lemon (around one table spoon)
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon of turmeric or 1 tablespoon of fresh turmeric root
  • pinch of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
